Regulatory screening stays on
Sanctions screening is marked as regulatory in every policy and cannot be turned off by a workspace. You can add to it, not remove it.
Lists & screening
Some checks are the law and some are your own judgement. Traustis keeps them apart: regulatory screening is always on, and the lists your team keeps follow rules that make them safe to rely on.
Sanctions screening is marked as regulatory in every policy and cannot be turned off by a workspace. You can add to it, not remove it.
Lists your owners and admins create and maintain, with a reason and a review date for every entry, and a log of what was removed and by whom.
A match on name alone sends the case to a person. Only a verified identifier, such as a registration number, can block.
Your lists
A list is a fact about a counterparty. What that fact means depends on the relationship, so each policy sets it: a denied match can block, go to a person, or just be recorded; an allowed match can let a known supplier through.

Relationship status
Each relationship is pending, active, suspended, blocked or ended. Two rules keep that status meaningful.
If nothing could lift it, it is a block — and calling it a suspension would promise a route back that does not exist.
A check can suspend a relationship automatically. Returning it to active is always a person's decision.
Traustis is in early access. Tell us what you vet and where your counterparties are registered, and we will show you what it can check today.
