Traustis turns your vetting policy into one consistent process. Each supplier, customer or contractor is checked against the policy that fits them, evidence is gathered from official and commercial sources, and the result arrives with an explanation your reviewer, your auditor and you can all follow.
What you get
Most teams vet counterparties with a mix of registry websites, spreadsheets and judgement calls that live in someone's inbox. Traustis replaces that with a process you define once and apply every time.
Decide what each kind of counterparty must pass, and which subjects are required. The policy screen shows plainly which checks can be answered today for your sources and countries, so nothing is assumed.
Grades & decisions →Government company registries, sanctions and exclusion lists, enforcement records and news. Only sources that can actually hold a record for the counterparty's country are asked.
How evidence is gathered →Every case opens with how it was decided: which policy applied, what passed, what failed, what could not be checked, and where the evidence came from. If nothing could be checked, there is no grade.
Grades & decisions →Borderline cases go to a reviewer with a target time. The clock pauses while you wait on the counterparty, so nobody is blamed for someone else's delay.
Cases & review →Keep your own denied, watch and allowed lists, and decide per policy what a match means: block, send to a person, or clear a known supplier through review. A name match alone never blocks anyone.
How lists work →Ask a supplier to confirm their registered details and upload documents. No account needed for them; everything they send lands on the case.
Roles & workflow →The case record
A grade on its own tells you very little. Traustis puts the reasoning first, so a reviewer can act in minutes and anyone can reconstruct the decision months later.

Built for a team
Owners set the rules, admins run the setup, requesters submit checks, reviewers decide the edge cases and viewers read the results. Each sees what matters to their job first.
Chooses which policy applies to which counterparty, manages people and plan, and sees what vetting is costing and catching.
Maintains policies, queues and the counterparty portal, and can preview the console as any role before inviting someone.
Works a board ordered by what needs them now, claims cases, requests documents and records decisions with a reason.
Starts a check with a company name, country and what they want to do with them. The right policy is picked for them.
Our commitments
These are rules the product enforces, not settings someone can switch off on a busy day.
AI helps read documents and compare records. Grades and decisions come from your policy, never from a model.
A name match sends a case to a person. Only a verified identifier, such as a registration number, can block.
If no source can answer a check for that country, the case says so and it counts against the grade.
Automation can suspend a relationship. Only a person can restore it, and a suspension must say what would lift it.
