Targets in business days
Each queue has its own target — for example one business day for high-risk cases and three for standard checks.
Cases & review
Borderline results do not sit in someone's inbox. They land in a review queue with a target time, the evidence already laid out, and a board that tells each reviewer what to do next.
The reviewer's board
A reviewer arriving in the morning has one question: what should I do right now? The board answers it top-down.

Queues
Each queue has its own target — for example one business day for high-risk cases and three for standard checks.
When you have asked the counterparty for documents, the target stops counting until they reply. Nobody is marked late for someone else's delay.
Rules are checked top to bottom and the first match wins. The editor warns you about unstaffed queues and cases that fit nowhere.
Reviewers claim cases, so everyone can see what is being handled. Handing a case back is recorded.
A reviewer cannot pick up a check they submitted.
Every decision records the reviewer, the reason and the evidence they relied on — ready for an appeal or an audit.
Ranking reviewers on speed rewards them for reading less. Traustis shows each reviewer their pass rate next to the team's, so a team can talk about where the bar actually sits. Rates are hidden until there are enough decisions for them to mean something.
Traustis is in early access. Tell us what you vet and where your counterparties are registered, and we will show you what it can check today.
