These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, applications, APIs, reports, scores, alerts, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) made available by Traustis, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Traustis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least the age of majority where you live and have authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you use the Services. The Services are intended for professional and business use only, unless Traustis expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

The Services help Customers organize, analyze, and monitor information relevant to third-party and supplier diligence. The Services may produce trust scores, grades, findings, alerts, summaries, and other outputs (“Outputs”). The scope, included data sources, usage limits, and service-level commitments, if any, are stated in the applicable order form, subscription plan, or written agreement.
Outputs are informational decision-support tools. They are not a guarantee of an entity’s identity, conduct, compliance, solvency, safety, or future performance.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping credentials confidential, and for promptly notifying us through our Contact page of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share credentials except as permitted by your subscription or written agreement.

If Customer Data includes personal data, the parties’ applicable data processing agreement, if any, controls to the extent of a conflict.
6. AI-assisted features
Some features use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to identify patterns, summarize information, prioritize review, or generate Outputs. Automated systems can be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by data quality, context, and model limitations. You must evaluate Outputs in light of your own context and use qualified human judgment before acting on them.
Traustis may use de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise non-identifying service telemetry to maintain, secure, and improve the Services, subject to applicable law and applicable privacy documentation.
7. No reliance; prohibited decisions
Unless Traustis expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement, the Services are not intended to be used as a consumer report or for a purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, similar consumer-reporting laws, employment screening, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, credit eligibility, healthcare decisions, or other high-impact decisions about natural persons.
